This service allows you to pay your State of Oregon taxes electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems in agreement with the State of Oregon. All payments are processed immediately and the payment date is equal to the time you complete your transaction. A convenience fee of 2.25% of the tax payment amount (or $3.75 for debit and ATM/Debit transactions) is charged by WorldPay's service provider, Value Payment Systems, for using this service.
The Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR) is committed to providing alternative ways to file and make tax payments. You now can pay your current-year balance due, make estimated tax payments, make amended tax payment, or pay your assessment or deficiency taxes with your credit card. This option is available to both electronic and paper filers. The service provider will charge you a convenience fee based on the amount of your tax payment. The service provider will tell you what the fee is during the transaction; you will have the option to either continue or cancel the transaction before entering your credit card information. Please note that the convenience fee, terms, and conditions may vary among providers. If you accept the credit card transaction, you will receive a confirmation number. Please keep this confirmation number as proof of payment.
Under ORS 305.271, the Oregon Department of Revenue can only issue a refund to the taxpayer. Any refund issued by the department will be by check or as may otherwise be authorized by Oregon law. There will not be a refund of any convenience fee by the department or the vendor due to overpayment of taxes.
